with a professional experience of

the Polaris brand in Australia.

addition to being a member of the
Australian Computer Society, Anil
has been the founder President of
NASSCOM Australia for four years,
and has contributed significantly
in promoting collaboration between
India and Australia in the field of
ICT.

Bikash Mathur heads the EMEA (Europe,
Middle East and Africa) region.
Prior to this role, he headed Polaris’
business in the APAC region where
he successfully established the
Polaris brand. Bikash holds a Masters
degree in Business Management from
The Wharton School.

Prior to joining Polaris,
Bikash was the Founder and Managing
Partner of Maveric Systems, an independent
third-party software testing company.
He has also served as the Operations
Director at Whirlpool.

Patrick
Moore is Region Head of the Americas
based in our New Jersey office. Patrick
is a Senior Financial Services Executive
with 27 years experience in the financial
services industry developing and leading
new strategic business directives,
and launching new product innovation.
Prior to his current role, Patrick
held several executive level positions
at Fifth Third Bank, J.P. MorganChase,
BNYMellon, Security Pacific State
Trust Company, Andersen Consulting
and The Bank of California. |
He earned an MBA in Finance from
the Katz Graduate School of Business
at the University of Pittsburgh,
and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics
from the University of Notre Dame.

Sales
Sanjay
has over 15 years of Industry experience
into Business Strategies, Sales and
Relationship Management and has been
focused on IT Consulting, Products
and Services Business at various capacities. |
Prior to Polaris he was at Gartner
India Research and Advisory Services,
where he was responsible for Business
Development of Financial services
vertical. Sanjay holds Industrial
Engineering Degree and Executive
MBA from NMIMS.

Supriyo has over 20
years of industry experience and
is the Regional Head of South East
Asian countries, Japan, Korea, Taiwan,
HK and Greater China.
Supriyo is also the
currently serving President of Pan-IIT
Alumni Association of Singapore
since 2006.

Prior to Polaris,
he was at Scandent and BMC Software
in Asia, playing pivotal roles in
both in growing regional businesses
based in Singapore. He also had
a successful entrepreneurial stint
and has spent a number of years
in USA and Europe earlier in senior
management roles. Supriyo holds
a B.Tech in Electronics from IIT
Kharagpur and a MBA from IIM Bangalore.
